
ABOUT ME

Kelsey P. Whaley is an award-winning athletics communications professional who dabbles in fiction writing in her spare time. A 2015 graduate of St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin, Kelsey has been working in sports journalism, sports information and athletic communications for over 10 years, earning her first job in TV as a high school basketball commentator when she was 16. Since then, she's worked in all levels of sports, from the NCAA to Minor League Baseball to the NFL, and held internships with some of the most prominent sports media companies in America, such as SiriusXM Radio.

Currently, Kelsey is the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications at St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota. She completed her novel "When the Hawk Runs" in the summer of 2018 and is currently working on the sequel. She has additionally completed two other novels: "Forgotten Tears" featuring Jordan Smodee and "Snow Con" featuring con artist Heston Snow.
